Tristan Tilma

Tristan handles all of the sales and estimating for Tilma Flooring & Blinds. He is passionate about serving his clients. He has 7 years of experience in the flooring and window covering business and is a licensed contractor. Tristan graduated from UC Berkeley. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, Susan and 2 children.

Susan Tilma

Susan heads up all of the behind the scenes work at Tilma Flooring & Blinds. As a registered nurse and President of a care home business in Menlo Park, Sandhill Assisted Living, Susan brings a unique sense of business acumen to the business. She also lives in the Bay Area with her husband, Tristan and 2 children.

James Saberi

James is the owner and President of "A Saberi Interiors". Growing up in the family business, he has been in the flooring and window covering business for over 50 years. He is a consultant and advisor for Tilma Flooring & Blinds.

Luis Gonzales

Luis is one of our lead flooring installers at Tilma Flooring & Blinds. As a 2nd generation flooring installer, Luis has over 30 years of experience installing all types of flooring. Luis was previously in the floor covering union doing large commercial installs.

Carlos Tapia

Carlos is a master craftsman when it comes to flooring and is a magician with hardwood floors. He is one of our lead installers and handles all of our sand and refinish jobs. Carlos brings over 25 years of flooring experience to Tilma Flooring & Blinds.
